3) Except the Opening and Closing Slides, The Original Print should NOT contain any Brand/Other Logo or Watermarks in any frame of the video

Authorization letter from the Content Owner/Rights holder *

We, the undersigned and digital rights holder for the territory of Worldwide, hereby authorize ‘BNR FILMS LLP’ to act on our behalf exclusively in all matters relating to Digital rights for our content and to explore possibility of Distribution in Netflix/Amazon Prime/Jio Cinema/Zee5/ Hostar/SonyLiv/Hungama Play/MX Player/Airtel Xtreme Play/Amazon Mini/Epic ON as well as other International/National/Regional OTT/VOD/DTH platforms or Satellite channels.

We declare that this title has not been pitched to the any platforms before. This authorization will be in effect for 2 Years from the date of execution. Furthermore, any other authorization, with respect to this title, given prior to this date, to any third party or platform, shall now stand null and void.

For pitching this title, we will be paying BNR FILMS a non-refundable service fee of Rs.15,000/- for each Short Film (Less than 40 Mins) or Short Documentary (Not exceeding 20 Mins). For Feature Film (Documentary) or Web Series (Fiction/Documentary), the non-refundable service fee (if BnR Films) is Rs. 25,000/- per content. For fiction feature film, we have signed the agreement containing all terms and conditions.

The share between Content owner and BnR Films is 85:15 of the Net revenue (gross revenue minus deductibles like Tax, packaging/processing charges of OTT). 85:15 means 85% belongs to content/rights owner and 15% belongs to BnR Films.

For Short Films/ Documentaries/Feature Films/Web Series, BnR Films can handle the entire packaging and delivery of the content (including Subtitling, ArtWork etc) to various OTTs. For Subtitling/Closed Captioning (of any content), the delivery cost of Rs.280/- per minute of Subtitling applies.

We, the Rights holder, acknowledge and agree that the selection/rejection of content is purely at the discretion of the OTT/VOD/DTH platforms and payment of the service charge (by Right holder) in no way guarantees the licensing of the content on any platform and that BnR Films shall not be responsible for the title not being selected by any OTT/VOD/DTH platform or title not receiving a good offer from any OTT/VOD/DTH.

We, the Rights holder, certify that the details/information provided in this form are true to the best of our knowledge.We also agree to provide further details/information/assets/prints/materials/links as required by OTTs.

We, the Rights holder, declare BnR Films LLP as the authorized Aggregator/Syndicator/OTT Distribution Partner for our aforesaid project. Henceforth, BnR Films OTT Distribution will be credited in the film (in the Opening Credits) as well as in other assets (Poster, Teaser, Trailer etc) as ‘DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION PARTNER'’ by including Brand Logo and Brand Logo Animations of BnR Films OTT Distribution.

BNR FILMS assures us (the Rights Holder) that confidentiality of all the info shared by us (the Rights Holder) in this form will be strictly maintained. None of these info will be made public. The info will only be used for submitting content to the OTT/VOD platforms as and when required.

This document shall be legally binding to both BnR Films and to us, the Rights holder.
